Glad you enjoyed the island. You made great choices in places to eat. I’m a local, family going back 150yrs +, I think, so next time you come drop me an email and I will suggest some more great things to do here…time allowing. We are rebuilding after…that storm…and I have faith that the island will eventually be better than ever to visit!

SCA-RY!
I was headed to Cyprus when I was 16, and our plane made an emergency landing. There were no warning signs such as loud vibrations, or anything but vague pilot’s announcements, but we were greeted with at least 50 ambulances and fire trucks surrounding the runway. I told my Dad about it (he wasn’t with me), and he called the airline to try and find out what had happened. They denied the whole thing.

haha… We are going to paint and I didn’t want to have to take the tv back down. It was such a pain to get up there in the first place. Plus Christie got a nice preview of the color!

I’m impressed with your handy skills! The mantle is a better height! Not that I would have ever noticed it’s awkward height, but now that you point it out. . .
Oh – and I especially love the mostly painted wall as an accent to the whole project.

Hmm. . . if I had the choice between Schlitterbahn and team-building, I think I would’ve had to have ditched the team-building. Chris and I have always wanted to go there. Or at least ever since we saw it featured on the Travel Channel. But alas, I’m sure you didn’t have that option. What a shame to be so close and to not be able to get there. . .
